“App(s)” shall mean applications for mobile and includes Laparlah App and Laparlah Partner Apps for Delivery Partner and Merchant Partner and/or other Devices.
“Device(s)” shall mean a desktop computer, laptop computer, tablet, mobile phone, smart watch or such other electronic equipment.
“Force Majeure Event” shall mean any event that is beyond our reasonable control and shall includes natural calamities like flood, earthquake, or accidents like fire, explosion, or sabbotage, civil commotion, acts of God, strikes or industrial action or any kind, riots, insurrection, war, acts of government, computer hacking, unauthorized access to your mobile or storage device, crashes, breach of security and encryption.

We protect you information against misuse, loss or interference against unauthorized access. Your password, wherever you have used is maintained with us with privacy and secrecy. We do not indulge in sharing your passwords. With the wide use of Internet, Laparlah does not guarantee regarding protecting your personal information. While sharing your personal information, you acknowledge that you disclose your personal information to us at your own risk.
